Everything Stays Between Us

Everything that happens in session is confidential, including the fact that you're in therapy. Exceptions: risk to life and anonymized supervision.

🤝

Therapy Needs a Special Kind of Relationship

Therapy creates a special kind of relationship between us. It's different from friendship and from a working relationship, and that's what makes progress possible. To protect it, I don't combine therapy with other roles, and I don't counsel your family or friends.

📈

Results Are a Joint Effort

We work as a team. My job is to help you reach your goals. Yours is to practice new skills between sessions, including through homework.
